How RiseReady handles personal and business information used in the learning and enterprise-development platform.
Purpose and scope
RiseReady processes information needed to provide programme access, business-development tools, assessments, progress tracking, coaching support and platform administration. Business information entered into the programme is used to support the participant’s own learning, analysis and Business Record.
Data quality and responsibility
Participants remain responsible for the accuracy of information they enter. RiseReady may label information as verified, high confidence, indicative or insufficient depending on the evidence recorded; a platform label does not replace independent professional verification.
Access and safeguards
Access to participant information should be limited according to authorised roles and programme purpose. Sensitive information should not be entered into free-text fields unless the platform explicitly requests it.
